The Stories of Service project was originally launched in May 1998 at the Digital Clubhouse in Sunnyvale, California as the World War II Memories Project. Since then, at our locations in Sunnyvale, CA and New York City, our students and volunteers have worked with over 200 veterans to help capture and preserve their memories.
Digital Clubhouse
The Digital Clubhouse Network is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to mobilizing and empowering young people to use technology to promote service and build stronger communities.
By working on intergenerational, service-based projects that give voice to people and issues in their communities, our youth participants (age 12-18) develop digital literacy, work skills, creativity and self-esteem while helping build a more inclusive, tolerant and compassionate society.
