HA-HA-HA!! This corpse is bloody great! 8^D

Well done all of you! Great blending a great continuity in the style of the corpse.

The two guys at the top are myself and one of my friends - I'll have to send him a link to this page so he can see what we've done to him!

Wow, creepy! Very nice work, everyone.

Btw, I didn't expect the thumb...I figured it would be hidden behind the hand, which I assumed was the one holding the flowers...anyway, it's fun that this can be read as a pair of weddings in a few different directions, all of which use the same bouquet.

So Kodgetts, are you the bride in the first panel? And wtf is in the groom's nose? A tissue?

Jacob, I think as you look at the hand from a third-panel POV, looking like it's on backwards (or is it upside down?) gives it more of a freakshow feel :-)

Ha ha! Yes, it does appear that I am the bride in this extremely disturbing wedding! And that is a piece of tissue stuck up the groom's nose (he had a perticularly nasty cold during the service...)

Whoa! I only just realised that the bottom left corner is the backend of a spider on its web. And what's that ...thing... in the bottom right corner? It looks like a deformed rat or something....

Between the spider-headed girl and Kodgett's pointy-headed grotesques, I don't know if the backwards hand can make it any "more" freakshow, Christine!

I love looking at the thumbnails view ( http://ecorpse.com/published/thumbnails.html ). I think it helps to judge the overall composition of the corpse. This one looks pretty good from there, thanks largely to the contrast provided by that vibrant blue sky in the first two pieces, I think.

Kodgetts:
I knew I shouldn't have put that agate aardvark in there. And I damn well shouldn't have altered it.

I'm really impressed with how well I blended the head in 3/4 from drawn (the chin, 3) to photographed (about half the nose and from there up to the hair.)

Thank $deity for digital cameras.

Jen,

Yes, I was impressed, too, especially since I didn't leave room for the hair, really.

Jen,

Also, I love the spider blend, very cool.

Jacob;
Well, I had the advantage of being able to put that photo's hair any way I wanted, as I took the digital photo at, oh, midnight or so one of those evenings. Thankee-sai.

Jen,

Oh! So that's *your* top-of-the-head. Cool! That makes two self-portraits in this one.

Jacob;
Yes. That is the one photo of me taken in the past..16? years without my glasses on, while I also had a cold, by holding a digital camera at arm's length. I basically look almost nothing like me.

I just happened to be the only person whose head I had access to at the time. And I never have to worry about copyright!

Yeah, I usually use myself as a model for my drawings of features like hands, but I haven't used photos yet on ecorpse. It would be fun to have a themed corpse for self-portraits, where the participants all work to create a scene we're all in...
